Dutch earned a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance and a BBA in Real Estate from the nationally ranked Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He jumped straight into the insurance field out of college founding McNeal, Sports & Company Insurance in 2010 along with Sam Sports. In 2012, he completed all requirements to obtain the Chartered Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Certified Workers' Compensation Professional (CWCP) designations. Dutch is licensed in the states of Georgia and Florida for property casualty lines in addition to having his Counselors license in Georgia. When partnering with a client, Dutch strives to become a trusted adviser who looks to manage the client's Total Cost of Risk while keeping premiums competitive.
Sam Sports, CWCA Partner, Risk Advisor
Sam started his insurance career with a local Independent Insurance Agency in Athens, GA while finishing his studies at the University of Georgia. After graduating from the nationally ranked, Terry College of Business with a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance. He moved back to his hometown of Blackshear, GA. This is when he and his cofounding partner, Dutch McNeal, opened McNeal, Sports, & Company Insurance in 2010. Mr. Sports instills a focus of managing risk for clients with more than just an insurance policy. In 2012 he achieved his Certified Worker's Compensation Advisor(CWCA) designation and began working toward his Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) designation. Sam has a strong focus in the commercial agriculture industry and helps clients navigate the ever-evolving risks their businesses face.
William D. Wilson Jr. Business Risk Adviser, Partner
Mr. Wilson holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the nationally ranked Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is a 3rd Generation Insurance Adviser that grew up working in the business. He is currently working toward obtaining his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. He currently serves on the Membership Committee for the Georgia Utility Contractors Association and the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia Commercial Lines Committee. The industries that he serves but are not limited to include: Construction, Contractor Surety Bonds, Forestry, Manufacturing, Automobile / Motorcycle Dealerships, Healthcare Facilities, Railroad Contractors, Restaurants, Financial Institutions, and Trucking / Distribution Companies.
